Our Warranty

Warranty & Responsibility

We will repair or replace goods sold by Safety and Supply Co., Inc. proven to be defective as to material or workmanship, in accordance with the manufacture's warranties. In some cases we may be unable to grant a warranty until goods are returned to supplier for inspection by a factory representative.

Our liability is limited to and shall not exceed the purchase price of the defective material. Safety and Supply Co., Inc claims no responsibility for any personal injury, damage, or loss of property caused by goods due to misuse, negligence, accident, or that have been misapplied, modified, repaired by unauthorized persons, or have been improperly installed.
